How many times does it need to be stated that EXPO doesn't have to file anything??

EXPH doesn't file ownership, the owner does.

As to who has to file, unless EXPH is not registering their shares these owners must file regardless of the filing state of the company.

You will also be told that is the reason no FTDs have been reported since July 09..Now I will await your report from what you get when you call..Otherwise..the topic has been covered many times

Really, FTD's were previously reported but are not being reported now because they don't have to. Really? Gray market companies, companies under SEC suspension, and MANY non-reporting companies are reported out on this list but EXPH is not. Not really buying the story told by some SEC investor education person who didn't actually fact check their answers. I am sure the individual was lead on as they generally are by questions like: "The SEC says that FTD's is non-reporting companies don't have to be reported in the FTD list. Is that why EXPH is not being reported?" Simple lead in questions can get you the answer you seek. And when the person you ask doesn't go back and research the real answer you are stuck with the line you created.

Would you care to show us who owns close to 3 billion shares of the company?

They can't and despite the fact it continues to be posted as undisputed "fact" that 3B shares are held by "insiders" (something that is just flat out impossible as the recent 600M share dump/flip should make obvious) no one else can either. NO ONE. That statement is pure speculation presented as factual and that could be easily determined to be misleading. For all that is known the vast majority of the common shares could be held by open market buyers at this point and preferred shares could be controlling the entire company. Which would leave the illusion of the majority of common shares being held by "insiders" and be in exact lockstep with the assumptive misinformation proven to have been encouraged by this company for nearly a half decade.

Assuming that you could get truthful answers from "the ones who know" (which I presume from the construction of the post to be a reference to Expo management) is as pointless a procedure as can be imagined. Their credibility is at flat zero. Over and over it has been shown that nothing coming from Expo can be trusted to hold up as they indicate for usually much longer than a couple weeks. I will leave the decision on how long statements that are 100% pure speculation but constantly presented as vetted fact can be trusted to hold up to the readers of such material. All IMHO.
