The more states that come on board the easier it becomes for the next state to make the move! IMO the movement is well over the hump and it's all downhill from here on out. Especially when you consider how badly the tax revenue is needed by these states who's budgets are on the brink of meltdown! Yes, NOW IS the time to accumulate this sector!! I'm convinced and will continue to add to my position(s)!!
