No one in the current GE administration is claiming 14gpt, that is old Guido stuff. .5 is the current claim based on their bulk production, the only way they can prove their viability.
Someone suggested that it might cost about 2 to 3 million for each new plant, of which 20 are proposed. They THINK they can pay for this from their recovery of the fine gold although I am expecting some further dilution. The river will no be diverted for years, if ever and the paystreaks people love to discuss may or may not exist in any significant quantity to provided a consistent increase in recovery grades.
That being said, GE is saying they can make it at .25, .50 and hopefully 1.0 gpt using estimates of costs at under $100. SO, Digr, if they are full of it, we will find out within months. If not, I expect you to give credit where credit is due. I think you will. You may be kicking and screaming when you do it, but I think you will.
