Forget "the object". If naked shorting is so easy that it's been done time and time again on OTC companies, never with a forced cover and it's being done on MDMN, it wouldn't matter if they company was sitting on a mountain of gold bullion - whatever a long was willing to sell at, a naked short seller would undercut. No true longs would ever be able to sell.
And before you tell me that success and a price rise will force the naked shorts to cover, think whether it really makes sense that those who naked shorted at less than a dime would NOT short (let alone switch to buying) at a price 10X higher.
So as much as I do not believe the company is worth even a penny a share, I believe the naked short story even less. While you can hope I'm wrong on the former, if you're long, you'd better pray I'm right on the latter.
