Yes... that is a good question. How come ONE individual seems to be getting "insider information?" If you're on the outside of the company, you have to be working with someone who's on the inside. Hmmmm... who could that be?

Did this information to the SEC come AFTER Dicon was purchased? That would make Celia a possibility - we all became well aware of his shady past. Celia's great at making up numbers so I'm sure the info he passed on is REALLY reliable. Most likely what the SEC based their whole case on... and now... now they can't even provide evidence at a discovery hearing. The dog ate the hard drive.

Nope, doubt this will see trial. Not a good time for the SEC or DOJ to become a laughing stock in Judge Dora's courtroom. She has no patience for incompetence, and there's alot of that going around in this case IMO.

Reading the article where they describe our surfer dude mentality boy Speranza, who makes deals in elevators and just wants to go fishing, the media describes him as a Marketing Company Executive...LOL!!

Wow... it really sounds like they got someone important doesn't it? If Speranza was the janitor working inside of SpongeTech, would that make him an Engineer of Human Waste? Talk about over dramatizing the facts.

This guy creates web sites out of his house, and the dude just wants to go fishing!! Read the transcript, it's hillarious. SEC and DOJ must really need kudos to over-embelish Speranza's importance in this case.

Now that they've made him out to be a lier.. who's to say which story is the truth? He's got zero credibility now. Speranza gets backed into a corner and DOJ gives him a choice of changing his story. Door #1 gets you 5 years in prison, Door #2 gets you a year probation and helps DOJ feed the media about their FIRST conviction in this case. If I wasn't convinced before I certainly am now... DOJ has no case, their realizing the info that was fed to them was bogus IMO.

So where does that leave us in this case? NO WHERE... we're not any farther along than we were yesterday. Nice job Feds.
