jmo, but the trading as of late doesn't match the speculation here. Seems like folks are asking the wrong questions. Specific terms of the agreement have not and will not be made public. The bid size increased about the same time the shorts covered, which was after the 8K stating an agreement had been reached and the notes were cancelled. Why does the bid size continue to be so large? Is CR gonna load up a "friend" and if so, wouldn't we expect them to want to profit? Any other ideas that actually correlate to the way the stock has been trading since the 8K?
