Derx : I didnt name YOU in my post. Feeling a little guilty.And as far as telling me Carswell is not a liar HE IS. I talked to him twice in the past couple of weeks and not only did he tell me about PRs that never happened I also asked him about the lawsuits and he said it was nothing to worry about. Just like you posted on Rb (yea I saw the posts too).Who do you think you are to call anyone a POS , You must not have any mirrors in your house.

Let's get a couple things 100% clear. I did NOT accuse you of anything! Unless, you selling into strength when the stock was $6.00 (and you would have to be foolish not to have), then I haven't accused you of anything. It is just that there were those who said you did not sell any shares yet and certainly didn't sell any after the stock took off. They are out of their minds, IMO, and you would be too if you didn't sell at least a chunk. Assuming you did, then bully for you - as Patsy would say!

Other than that, I only said (and you can read my posts over and over to verify it) that I believe you KNEW. There is no law against knowing - only a law against someone telling you. I notice in all your defense that you have NOT said that you did not know before the BK. I hope you won't say it, unless you can justify it, because I doubt SERIOUSLY that you didn't know. That was just idle speculation on my part. The number of posts and the absence of them 5 days before the BK is rare (as I proved). Your inside knowledge that made your posts invaluable, coupled with the 5 day absence, clearly paints a picture that you knew. That doesn't mean you sold on that knowledge. I never said you did. I always thought you were smarter than that anyway.

I have stated at least a dozen times that I consider you the #1 expert on CPTC and I highly respect your opinions. I have no criticisms of you - and have not criticized you. As long as you didn't act on information that you may have had, you have done nothing wrong. I'm sorry for your obscene loss, but I still trust you cashed in some chips at a higher level.
