The Articles of Incorporation look standard. I didn't notice any inconsistencies with the Common or Preferred Stock. Just a name change..

The Lawyer Letter was IMO informing PinkOTC that they where staying current on filings etc. Now the 2010 Annual Report was so so IMO. They increased the A/S from 200,000,000 to 2,000,000,000! Also NO R/S for 2010 Hope the same for 2011!
