No, I don't check it that often, but if you go back in the posts you will see where I posted my 1st positive post. I think if they are entirely out of the picture and no longer allowed to claim any type of association with SUNV - Art will be in a much better position to move the company forward.... if its possible after the disaster he bought in to.

I repeat - they are shipping stuff - FACT. No idea of volume, but in time I should get a better idea.

This thing could fly if Art was able to come out with a PR stating that Carl and Craig are in no way associated with SUNV as of __________ date. Don't put in the saving face Sarasota stuff to make Carl and Craig look good. Short and totally unsweetened.

If I remember correctly, Smith was removed from the website fairly soon after the SEC filing / announcement about the BOD, think Hall was around the same time, as he is supposedly now an "employee"........if I remember correctly.

Found it.....here it all is from the 01/31/11 SEC filing......

"Carl L. Smith, III former Chairman and CEO of the Company, and Robert Fugerer, Chief Technology Officer, have resigned from the Sunovia Board of Directors"

"Craig Hall, a co-founder of the Company, has taken the role of Regional Sales Manager and is focusing on business development in Florida and nationally".
