You are worrying about things that are being taken care of..I believe that the state of Colorado will want to see the land and know just where the process will be done,I believe that in that news paper article it was mentioned and it was mentioned exactly where it was
If you have been paying attention,,You would know that the company has paid the state a ton of money so far and I doubt very much that they are about to drop the ball,, I believe you should read that newspaper story again,, It is addressed and very well addressed
