Part of what we don't know yet is how many shares EVCA still has in their position that have never been issued and until we find that out, there is no way we can estimate how many NEW shares they might need. But again, like I mentioned earlier, the FIRST dealership will take the largest number of shares, simply because the pps "should" be the lowest at that point.
