You guys and your theories have no idea what today meant.

So what's more believable here? Who is stretching the facts to reach the point of perceived truth? Is one to believe that suddenly, out of the blue, a group decides to buy in and chase the price up 60%, or should we believe the known facts about a seller on record and the likelihood of pre-arranged sales?

In case you have not noticed, BYSD is on the pinks, the exchange known for little or no regulation where market makers determine the movement of a security as much as the investors do. Manipulation occurs every day, on almost every security to some extent.

I personally think this is the most bullish sign we have seen in some time. Regardless of who is correct it spells good things ahead!
Also, this move and volume set off a lot scanners and generated a lot of alerts. Monday should be interesting.

Thanks for the tip on BYSD as you are one of the guys whom I trust within these forums as you have never led me wrong. I did take a starter in BYSD based on your feelings a few days ago starting at the .002s, .003s and even some .004s. I must admit, it kind of appeared as if something freaky was going on when I was buying, but heck... it's the market so who knows.

As for any theories of which you might be referring to within your response, personally for me, since I don't know ”what is”... I can't say... ”what is not.” Within the market… you just never know what could be happening behind the scenes for better or worse.

I’m just getting back in town and I am behind on much, but I will do my best to make time to research BYSD further over the weekend or early next week. I saw where we should have up to another 5 to 10 days before the SEC gives a response for accepting the mergers. Heck, it could be longer as within the penny stock world, I think it is fair to always expect delays.

I will share anything I can within the forum that might be helpful for old and new investors. So far, BYSD looks like it could present a fair risk for gains. Thanks again for sharing this stock with me as it looks like patience will win out for us BYSD shareholders.
