Sometime before June 30th and hopefully it will have audited financials and a detailed update on their operations. GLTA

the disclosure only deals with the full financials & share structure.

company operations & status is left for black to discuss..... that is, if he will discuss them.

what black REALLY needs to get going on is having quarterly conference calls to answer questions sent in by investors. that would really clear up the gray clouds.
