OK guys here is a draft please help improve on it so we can together try to get some answers. We can work on this week end send it to James on Monday. Al suggestion's will be welcome. Dear Mr James Zhang, Hope this message finds you and Sun Valley Solar Inc doing well. let me start by saying that this is a combined effort by more then twenty five investor's. That since January of this year have been heavily invested in Sun Vally Solar Inc. That have also remained loyal to the company in spite of watching our investment go down in value day after day. Some of us have in the past tried to get a response from you personally I have tried twice before. We understand that you are busy running the day to day operations of the company. But many of us also feel that as share holders we are entitled to as ask questions from you as the person in charge. If you can not address our concerns maybe you can have someone in the company do so. We feel at this point that Sun Vally Solar Inc has not really been very clear in the press release that was put forth on April 11, 2011. As do many other investor's as indicated by the continual decline in share price. We are trying to let you know so that you can put these concerns to rest thous putting an end to the drastic share price reduction. Many of us felt that our company value would never be less then what it is currently trading at today and previous days. So much that you can see many people losing faith and selling at a considerable lose. We all believe in Sun Vally Solar and if anything would like to keep investing as the company moves forward with future endeavors. But we must also take into consideration the continual share price decline. Here are some of our concerns First on the press release it was stated that Sun Vally Solar Inc was making progress in the contracts awarded at the end of last year. And also contracts awarded earlier this year. And are now going forward acquiring new contracts for next year. So are we to believe that some how Sun Vally Solar has not the capacity to take on and acquire new contracts for the remaining year. If that is so then why would that be so. Also there is no mention as to revenues and sales of solar equipment and supplies. Or is that no longer part of Sun Vally Solar Inc current business plan? You can see how we can have these questions if our company can not meet the local demands for solar products then how can we believe in expansion into other territories going forward. We feel that thease questions can be anwered by you in order to assure us that Sun Vally Solar Inc is an up and coming company.
