So if they waited til they plan to uplist maybe the pps would be about .05-.10 before a R/S. I don't really understand how that works but that will be awhile so I guess I won't lose any sleep yet over it.

This is probably the best deal he will have in his life time, he had better not mess it up. This JV is like having the Goose that laid the golden eggs so lets take good care of this Goose. LOL
Once we get sites up and running and bringing in revenues we'll be able to get more financing for more sites, this could flourish beyond our imagination, atleast I hope so.
