trying to see if a contact I know is attending...for some others thinking about going..here is the information:


Attendee Registration

Welcome to Attendee Registration. Please note that E3 Expo is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public. Individuals who are not able to document their direct, and current professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industry are not qualified to attend. If you are from the retail sector, you must be able to provide documentation that verifies that you are responsible for company purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Do not pay twice for this event. You will be charged for all registrations, and no refunds will be issued for duplicate registrations. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable -- no exceptions will be made.
Badge Information

All E3 Expo attendees will be required to show a government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) in order to pick up their badge holder on-site and gain access to the event. Do not use a fictitious name. The name on your ID and the name on your badge must be the same.

If you are registered and confirmed by April 25, 2011, and have a U.S. mailing address, you will receive your badge in the mail and must pick up your badge holder on-site at the Los Angeles Convention Center. For more information on where and when you can pick up your badge, please click here.

If you are registered and confirmed after April 25, 2011, or have an address outside of the U.S., you must pick up your badge and badge holder on-site at the Los Angeles Convention Center at Attendee Will Call located in the South Hall Lobby.
