Ah good to have someone back who has been with VCTY for a long time and understands. Although - don't forget that the hydro company signatures were imminent and that did not happen... no word is safe or sacred here with VCTY.
Whatever happened with that China IR rep that was supposed to be our direct contact for questions a few months ago... that was supposed to be coming forth soon (oh - there is one of those vague words again).
