Many many TA's are not "gagged" per se yet do not give out the share structure for any of their clients, you have to contact the company to get that info. So I really don't care about that, I haven't contacted the IR guy but as long as he is willing to provide the ss, which it sounds like he is then I'm fine.
Old management retiring shares is typical with Rm's as is the issuing of new shares to merging companies and/or partners.
R/S was never confirmed, he said there were no plans at this point so I'll worry about that if it ever happens.
Don't know what to think about the other stuff yet with the secretary and IR guy or the massive hype machine surrounding the CEO. Just going to wait and see who these merging companies are first.
