I won't pretend to be an expert on reading this list, but looks to me like this whole walk down to this level was at least in part due to short selling.

I played this a while back when it was seesawing between 009 and 025. Got back in this morning with 1.1M @ 12.

The OS still looks tight, and the upside potential here looks great for some major gains. Get some news on positive developments and IMO this will move extremely quickly.
