I called on numerous ocassions and emailed him to, he does answer to me every single time except when he is off.

I call direct to the company and when the person I usually talk to does not answer I hang up and call later.
The person I talk to is very busy always, so I keep it short.
I call about every 2 weeks never had a problem.
Vergas is useless.

Must be something about the way you are wording your emails. Mine get answered promptly. So far he has answered the phone every time I have called.

He doesn't always have the information I am looking for, but he does get back to me.
