Due to a R/S not execution of the business plan.

the 1:300 R/S took VGPR from .0009 to .27 and as you can see the pps feel below where it was before the R/S.

That was after the rs split though...it did however make a nice move from .003 range to .03 within a short period and then slowly sank back down to these levels and then they did the rs which took it to the price you mention...

Hopefully though they're getting their act together and they won't repeat the same pattern though...

If they were to get a grant and start construction they won't have to do a rs this time around...but that's where the risk comes in..will they do that or they going to just dilute it back down and repeat the process...
