I think it means that they have secured financing and don't need to dilute shares post R/S to raise money, it could also mean IMO!!!!, that we are either real close to BB or we are making good profits now... Also with the NDD being able to be bought now, our company could finally be on the uprise and gettin rid of all debt. All IMO of course
