RWE the former JV partner had their setup and was a commercially viable PBR in the sense it was constructed for commercial operations. I have never seen it operate either so who knows if it works or not. Should be interesting to see what they roll out in the future as the system they had was quite rugged and had some advantages the BEHL system did not.

Interesting point about Fisher. We often saw him working outside on the PBR at headquarters in his infamous white shirt. He was never afraid to get his hands dirty and pitch in with the hard labor type work. So it says to me he did want this to succeed as more than just a shell or way to just con investors.

It was more the poor business decisions and hirings and lack of attention to detail that seemed his undoing. In addition I still believe Pawson was behind the scenes putting the screws to him causing him to make bad business decisions and sucking up money for his other shells and his real estate . Pawson was spending a lot of cash on his houses /mansions for himself and the wify. The cash had to come from somewhere. My guess is BEHL was one of his favorite funding sources /personal bank to get quick cash. He could have been sucking it dry.

Unfortunatly Pawson is still around while Dennis is gone. Now we just have the guy who probably milked this company dry still looking for more cash. Thus we have the current situation. No evidence of much going on but plenty of shares floating around for Pawson to sell for cash.
We should set up a "donation box" fpr poor Roger to keep him in cash. "Donate to Pawson Fund" . "Cash for trash". "Keep Roger and the Wife Up to Their Standard Of LIVING FUND"
At Christmas next year, the Bell Ringers for Salvationn Army can collect for the Pawson Family Trust fund. "Keep the Pawsons off the street fund". "Save the Pawsons Fund".
"Buy more shares of BEHL to Save Roger"
