The market makers have to tell us how many shares they are selling or buying. Level 2 should display this. I saw this information today for a few MM's today. I think by May 9th we will see if for most perhaps.
Check your level 2 and you will start to see how many shares are being sold. Not just your typically generic '50' number that we always previously saw.
I think there is more to this bulletin and perhaps others can also help to shed light on this new ruling.
