Yes. I can't think of another reason why Nazir would register the domain name for BRZL, continue to list himself as the registrant, and use CDIV's office address as the contact address, if he didn't have some involvement with BRZL.

I have no idea what that involvement could be.

Or maybe Nazir thought CDIV was going to be a grey sheet shell a while back when the SEC started investigating Monk's scam, and was hoping to get BRZL to use it as vehicle for a reverse merger. That's just wild speculation though.
