Centaflix is not entering into a merger or acquisition with Quasar, Mr. Cave but I will be, for my shares!!! How will this work? Well...I will give James Owens/Centaflix my shares and they will give me a determined amount of shares from NEWCO. It will not affect Quaser as there will still be the same amount of shares out there...only less shareholders...
