Mark has done enough to draw the SECs attention imo, but will they notice?! The odds are they wont, cause theres so many crooks in pennyland and the SEC is understaffed... No doubt Mark and his cronies knows this well, after pulling the same BS under many other tickers... He obviously does not care what he claims, or what people think of him.

Its up to you to gain some equity analysis skills and learn to spot the warning signs yourself, as recommended on the SEC website... I suggest your read this closely and understand why its used in all company PR's, emails, etc...
