Hi gsobes, that's a great link, it sheds light on the hurdle
smaller companies must go through to get up-listed. It's a
very informative read. Personally because of the lawyer's
letter we saw last nite and his signing off on the 2010 report
I am inclined to think it is the standard hurdles for smaller
companies that try to uplist.
