SF good question. I would think it Jeff responding to Joe actions this week with calling himself CEO etc. He is in contempt of court. Happy to see Jeff going after him for it.

Based on the way the 4/4 filing is listed with Jeffs name after, yesterdays looks like it was filed by Jeff.
