After not being able to buy MMTE at Zecco today because of its clearing firm, Penson, I began looking for a new broker.

OnlineBrokerreview.com has a chart showing the following brokers all use Penson

- Firstrade
- OPtionsHouse
- Scottrade
- Sogotrade
- Thinkorswim
- Zecco

I asked Scottrade specifically today if they use Penson and the rep said no, so not sure if the list is incorrect or the rep.

Did any Scottraders have problems buying MMTE shares today? Thanks - wanna be darned sure not to get trapped again.
