hi,
I do agree that this is longer than predicted. There are no hurdles that I have been informed of at this time, so it really should not be long. We are all looking forward to getting beyond this legal process.

Sunbits...you may not reply to us, but I will communicate with you. We as stockholders deserve to have some type of communication from the company with regards to the RM. We are now one full month over your last target date of April 5th. What is going on? Is it funding or clerical? Let us know.

The director-in-waiting has an interesting exchange on his blog with a clearly disgruntled poster with the handle "Tired of the lies" about Sass's claim that the Sunlogics Facebook page was taken down for "maintenance."

(It is not clear whether "maintenance" in quotations, as Sass put it in his blog a few days ago, is different from regular maintenance. That "maintenance" story does seem rather suspect to me, but for different reasons than suggested by "Tired of the lies".)

Tired of the lies said on 03-05-2011

Was the sunlogics facebook page taken down for maintenance or is the real reason that you stole the name sunlogics from someone else. Like everything else about the company you represent, it seems shady.

Probably to little surprise to those familiar with the director-in-waiting's penchant for vague verbiage, a direct answer was not forthcoming. He did, however, post a response of sorts, using a first name in his salutation -- perhaps to make a point to the poster about identity.

Roger,
I would ask that you reconsider your general broad stroke swipe at myself and “everything else” about sunlogics. I did not create the name. I realize that there are more than one other companies in renewables and other industries with the name “sunlogics”. We can openly and professionally debate the strength of the brand as it is, yet I don’t believe we can do that if your characterizations remain as they are in your post.

By the way, does anyone know who is responsible for the Sunlogics Facebook page? Snicker!!
