A PR that they are regularly selling fuel and that fuel sales are averaging $____ or _____ gallons per week/month etc. would be welcome and I think appropriate.

A 10 RAILCAR SALE $550,000.00... would make for a skookum PR.
A tanker load of 25,000 liters .... not even worth mentioning and it definitely
would not get a PR.
Lets hope for a 10 RAILCAR DEAL ... or just keep filling up the tank farm for
the JV that is soon to come ... Hopefully.
PLEASE NOTE: Above price is the average wholesale price of DIESEL FUEL in the
Vancouver, BC market. You tell me what Toronto's market brings.

Fuel sales I wouldn't expect a PR or an 8K unless it's a material CONTRACT. Selling individual tankers of fuel? I don't expect a PR every time they sell a tanker of fuel including the first one as that would look pretty lame. "JBII announces that they sold a tanker of fuel for $30,000" ?

Nothing at all lame about you selling your product to someone for the first time. It is a critical and important chapter in a company's story. I see your point about small sales, but the LOI was not a small deal at least at this point. Why tell investors about the LOI and not with the follow through news of a signed contract? In the least, it would be nice to see who is the buyer. Could be that they don't want their name out their because of this new-way created fuel. IMO
