Dean has been advertising for years--uses regular power, portable, can move from room to room in an ER. Wouldn't you consider an ER a public forum? The shower curtains that separate the rooms don't contain lead do they?
How about all the times that Don bragged for Dean how he challenged Dean to bring to the MoneyTV studio, and Dean wheeled the Dvis right in? That empty shell sure has been propped up to be much more than reality!

Any facility that has/uses a radiation producing machine must have a radioactive materials license that specifically states the address, room number, maps etc.. of the facility where it is being used/built. I'm willing to bet the studio does not have one and is not included on I3's license. The video has to be done at I3 for that reason. Dean could apply for an offsite usage ammendment from CA but it's time consuming, expensive and will get shot down - the state is not going to approve a non-FDA approved radiation producing machine being used in a TV studio. It will never happen.

Hospitals fall under different rad regs then research and industry. Employees are already considered rad workers and are allowed to be exposed. Memebers of the general public (a visitor) can use a SRPD and legally receive a lower exposure. This allows staff and visitors to see the dominion in action.
