"dba Brazos energy tells me that JR. is doing business in Texas already as Brazos" imo I am a long time listener first time caller... i also noticed last night that the date on the tax docs changed by the day.. but i think that the most important piece of dd was brazos tax doc.. if you notice the "dba" before brazo energy inc. that stands for "doing business as" It is a legal term for being able to accept payment and do business under a different name and to still operate under the umbrella of the parent company.. i.e. stock ticker, insurance.. The fact that the name is "brazo energy" instead of "Brazos international exploration" shows that they are in the business of energy, not just looking for energy.. and the fact that the person that is in charge of paying the taxes is JR is a good sign. And one other thing is if The state Texas wants to mail something to "Brazos" lol They will send it to the same address as "renfro energy" Brazos has never owned anything in Texas as far as i know.. Or has done business in the state. So why would they need to be in good standing for tax purposes? imo
