yeah I beleive so what ever is sold is also bought. People sell at the bid but someone is always waiting. Untill no one is waiting for the bid then it just falls lower.

This chart has 2 Ts as blocks so tight down here and spark and VGPR will fly it looks like. It has quite a few shares but it seems to be tradign so thin them .0002 might be long gone now.
