Seems Gene has turned to LOIs and publishing them on his website. I can't imagine this being the proper outlet to let the public know of its business dealings. With that in mind, I find the info phony and elusive to the SEC since their investigating RCCH for its dealings with Gendarme.

Also, if the DTC has halted clearing shares for RCCH, how can Gene pay for a subsidiary using stock certs?
