Noone knows - I am very long for the bounce. I have assumed it is a large shareholder bailing out - and do note it fell on low volume indicating weak bid support. That can be a double edged sword as it may go up just as quickly.
The other issue could be somone knew something bad and sold. I hope it is the former - maybe someone had other financial issues and had to bail
