GM is as honest as Peter!!! How many Volt drivers are really getting 1000 miles per tankful? Fred the idiot down the street ( he was Fred the moron down the street until he paid $40k for his Volt) has one and he is doing barely 500 miles per tank ( he fills more often then I fill my hybrid altima). Its all a matter of how often you drive and recharge, and he cant recharge at work ( very few businesses will let you run an extension cord out to the parking lot). I expect GM is selective about use of their OnStar tracking. Petey has pretty much been left behind by everyone else at this time.
