Thehawk72.......your post is very funny and oh so true! I just watch the website video and listen to janes answer investors questions ( The questions janes selected to answer ) on the investor forum dated April and may 2010. It is hard to listen to all his BS in these tapes when I have read all the copies of all the FOIA . In regards to him getting in trouble for sticking his hand in the device during the video, I don't think that is true because he never told the FDA or the SEC about the video and I could not find an 8K filed informing the SEC of this video. Dean Janes will thumb his nose at the FDA any chance he gets. He knows all too well that he will not get his hoax of a device approved.
