I really think you have way overdone that.
Okay Ray may have been deluded when he thought he could build the next WebMD from scratch. However that doesn't make him incapable of ever succeeding. The EHR field they are in now has the advantage of being younger and very fragmented - it is a lot easier for a startup to gain a foothold. Competing with an established entity that just about has a monopoly such as WebMD is much more difficult.
If you want to bash the company then bash it. There is plenty of room for bashing the late 10-K, ever late filings, a lack of collections of receivables, a crappy 4Q, a difficult to reach management team, no real promotion of the company in the investor world, a share giveaway to Antebi, some extremely generous options compensation for management, etc... This is present day stuff and it matters. "The Eye!! The Eye!!" and Citron are ancient history and you are really starting to bore me.
