I doubt a few emails are going to impact the merger being completed in a timely fashion, especially if they are waiting on Seawind financials....but what it does is let them know/remind them that they had said we would be given an updated timeline for the merger, which, IMO, would not take very much time to do in itself....because at this point, from the feeling of the 10K, I would imagine they have a very good idea of when they are going to close the deal and press forward.....JMHO
