Hey Neo, the share structure was different back then. I have been in TADF since 2006, they have never gone through a R/S; in fact, in the past they have gone through share buybacks. As soon as the merger is complete, it would seem like it would be the most likely scenario for them going forward. They have a history of share repurchasing, I could see them going this route to reduce the O/S.
