That Might not Be the case , Remeber AIA is controled by Gates but Agel owns it. Agel will have to file only if the money is directly given to Agel not being held 3rd part by Gates. Imho this has been set Up for Gates to Keep able to keep a Lid on his New GDMs but also keep in mind that once Gates opens the Faucet it will flow fast Vincent is big on as transparency.
