tusamblo: Those are 2010 numbers. In 2011, their IR alone has dumped 250Mil shares and has another 700Mil to go. APRU is a acam from stem to stern. CEO lies through his teeth even in a publicly broadcast interview. AR chief legal counsel is an ex-con (in for fraud) who was suspended from the bar for four years and whose fund's activities have been a target of the SEC. AR's IR/lender Big Apple Consulting was charged by SEC for fraud, issuing false and misleading PRs, selling unregistered securities. Be very cautious with this one. Check iBox.

Precis of Apple Rush Co. Inc.
1) No ownership of APPLE RUSH brand/trademark; more than $3.5Mil in debts and litigation liability; 1a) Apple Rush Co. Inc. revoked in headquarter state Illinois (see image below); Apple Rush Co. Inc. (APRU) therefore cannot legally transact business in Illinois as APRU the public corporation. AR has been trying to sell this soda since 2006. It's been an overall flop. Locations drop it because of limited interest. Robek's, Shop-Rite, Amazon, Woodsman's Natural Foods, Kroger's, Caito Foods, Fritzies, etc. They all dropped it after introduction much touted by AR.
1b) No 2011 production cited. Back of the van outfit selling off old product and grossly exaggerating claims, to put it politely. That's been the AR way for four years. The idea now is to whip up the suckers to buy their shares until axe of Chapter 7 total liquidation falls. Judge rejected AR Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. No shield whatever from its many creditors. Knowing insiders dump on any strength. This is why APRU always falls back quickly.
2) Courts have gaveled $644,000 to several winning plaintiffs for breach of contract damages against Apple Rush Co. Inc.; another $900,000 in damages sought pending in legal cases;
3) AR distributor (AR subsidiary Garden Distributing Inc.) dissolved; 4) NO Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection from creditors and litigants (eight lawsuits against firm) seeking $3.5 million in debt and damages from the firm, 5) AR corporate charter and status revoked in Illinois, headquarter state, 6) Dissolution of the Apple Rush licensor and brand owner firm (i.e., dead company), 7) NO protection against future lawsuits, 8) Apple Rush website dead and gone, 9) AR chief legal counsel an ex-convict (did time for fraud), 10) AR's IR (BAC) charged by SEC with fraud, issuing false statements, selling unregistered shares in connection with another client, 11) Involuntary Chapter 7 total liquidation looms, 12) AR long history of sleight of hand, bait and switch, and shafting shareholders.
