Apparently you haven't been around the block with Ariad before as this is the first time I can recollect BERGER doing this with ARIAD.

I have well over a dozen stocks in the portfolio allocated over 10,000 shs. I think I understand press releases and 8-Ks.

Can you show me the last time Berger has issued a Q report the night before his schedule conference call? It's usually at 7:30 am, followed by the QA.

BTH happens to be correct. This may be SOP for other companies you own, but it is not SOP for Ariad.

They usually issue a press release prior to the conference call in the a.m. - NOT the night before.

From my experience, through more bad PR's than I care to remember, bad ones especially, if not most come out 6:00AM or later before a morning call.

I actually don't rememeber too many the night before, good or bad, but I agree, it's crazy to release bad news 16 hours before a morning call. It's gonna be good.
