IIRC, we were expecting some kind of filing by the end of last week. The pink sheets are very unforgiving of missed deadlines. Frankly, I'm surprised we didn't see the drop start Friday.
Hopefully yesterday's big open was a front loader as I theorized. A drop here does not undermine the theory that insiders are loading--they want their shares as cheap as possible and, unlike us, they know how much time they have to get them
