If you are responding to my post to deadjim, what you suggest are deceptive and misleading statements were facts at the time. That those forward looking statements did not come to past do not make them fraudulent. Such happens all the time in this business, and similar examples can be found from the largest mining companies, and regarding what have become some of the largest mines.
