I looked for them too but I think Google maps is sadly out of date, Conart wasn't even there. Just two properties to be leased. However I have seen pictures of the Conart store open and there is a great open spot 2 doors over. I guess that is it.

I'd like to see a picture of the retail outlet when it opens.

Great news IMO,

I have to guess the plan is to have a retail location open so they can move product after and during comiccon. Which by the way is HUGE in the industry. (hot chicks everywhere too!, lol)

If I could I'd buy more FBCD at these prices, for now I continue to hold ......very bullish!

the neighborhood is semi good but very artistic and the school is down the road,, i dont think it is the greatest location there are places that are better but to start not bad,,,been in los angeles for 23 years so know the area,,,we will see, it is a start for some sales,,,lets keep moving forward, most likely will have pictures friday night
