Don't you think they know people are begging for PR so the pps will shoot up and they can get out? I don't think that gives them much incentive to do it. They're probably sitting back reading this board and laughing.
Do you know that there was a study done that showed it took a driver 15 more seconds to back out of a parking spot if he knew someone was waiting for it? Well, maybe it's taking EVCA 15 more days to release a big PR just leave everyone waiting. It's control! It's power!! It's something we love having and hate anyone else having.
That's all I'm saying.... Asking for it might just be making it take longer.
