There are definitely some differences though. CCME's auditor(Deloitte) resigned so it will need to be more than just verifying a few things, but at the same time you would expect that ONP's auditor may have required the full report. Also, the ONP investigation seemed to have been completed to satisfy shareholders and not the auditor. So, whether CCME only relays partial information to us, they will definitely have to focus on Deloittes issues raised and will have to go through certain steps to be able to retain an auditor to get a 10k out. The importance is much higher as this will be required to get an auditor. If it gets through and they get an auditor to sign off on a 10k, the significance is much higher.
